“We started looking at senior living about 5 years ago and toured around 6 communities. But had not found anything that was quite like Parkshore Juanita Bay! It is ideally located and has a resort vibe providing access to restaurants, Juanita Beach, the golf course, shops and it’s near our family. 

We were looking for a community with a social network and Parkshore Juanita Bay was designed to foster social development, where you can visit with neighbors who are already active in the greater community. 

What’s unique is that this is a new build, which allowed us to be a part of the design process. We also appreciate that Parkshore Juanita Bay is a good steward of our environment which we need more and more.
