Construction is really moving along. In this short video, Jesse Clausen, superintendent with Exxel Pacific, our general contractor, provides an inside perspective on the progress of our innovative new senior living community in Kirkland’s beautiful Juanita Bay neighborhood.
You’ll also get a first look at what will become a spectacular rooftop patio, as well as home to a charming butterfly garden. Explore some of the first-floor amenities, which include a bar, fitness center, dedicated yoga room, and bistro.
And get a peek at our community’s most distinctive natural feature: Juanita Creek, which runs through the property and connects directly to Juanita Bay. Wetland restoration is a key part of our site plan. And our work will help bring the creek and surrounding habitat back to vibrant life. With new plantings and sturdier streambanks, more salmon are making their way upstream again.
