A chance meeting at a valet stand led to one of the biggest decisions of their life.

“We were waiting outside the Seastar restaurant when another customer mentioned a senior living community that was going to be built in Juanita and joined into the conversation. Fast forward a couple of years and we decided it was time to start looking at this kind of a move, so we went and checked out Parkshore Juanita Bay,” the Tracys explained.

After speaking with the team at Parkshore Juanita Bay, they made the decision to become a depositor. There were many factors that led them to that decision, but it came down to three major ones. “The location, the small size of the community, and the construction timeline. We figured we’d be ready about when it was done,” they shared.

After retiring from Boeing and the insurance industry respectively, Pete and Barb are now avid golfers, readers, and love spending time with their family. They are also looking forward to many aspects of life at Parkshore Juanita Bay, “No gardening, no maintenance responsibilities, and at a place where we can get assisted living help if needed. A place where either one of us will be safe and comfortable should we be left alone.”
